Harleen Kaur Juneja is a practicing Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and the Founder of Landbird Law Professional Corporation. She provides strategic, client-focused legal services across Immigration Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, and Litigation.
In addition to her legal practice, Harleen is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), enabling her to deliver comprehensive immigration representation and advisory services under Canadian regulatory standards. Her dual qualifications allow clients to receive integrated legal and immigration solutions under one professional umbrella.
Harleen brings international legal experience gained across Canada, New Zealand, and India, offering a global perspective on cross-border legal, immigration, and estate matters. She holds a Master’s degree from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University, and a specialized certification in Commercial Law from the London School of Economics. She is also an Associate Member of STEP Canada, with a strong focus on trust, estate, and succession planning.
Prior to establishing her own practice, Harleen worked with leading trustee and estate management corporations in New Zealand, where she advised individuals and families on wills, trusts, estate administration, regulatory compliance, taxation, and overseas asset structures. Her professional background includes roles as Legal Counsel, Trustee, Trust Specialist, Client Relationship Manager, and Immigration Consultant, equipping her with both technical expertise and practical insight.
